  • General Building Work

  • Basic Joinery

  • Basic Bricklaying

  • Basic Plumbing

  • Use of ladders and Access platforms

  • Roof Repairs

  • Groundworks & Maintenance of drains

  • Knowledge of health & safety working practices

Personal Attributes Required:

  • Good communication skills

  • A positive attitude

  • Good time-keeping / punctuality

  • Able to work within a team or to work alone

  • Own a full driving licence

  • Ideally live local to Shrewsbury

  • Non-smoker
